Property Panorama offers members InstaView, a “patent pending process” that creates virtual tours, ‘hands free’ and ‘on the fly,’ without having to lift a finger.
To receive the benefit, NOCBOR Primary Designated REALTORS® will complete an “opt-in” form, which must be submitted prior to the implementation of the benefit. Broker-owners, who do not want the virtual tours service provided for their entire listing inventory, can opt-in for only those sales associates who want to take advantage of NOCBOR’s member benefit.
Within an hour of a listing being entered in Realcomp, an InstaView will be automatically created and an unbranded virtual tour will be automatically attached to the respective listing. The unbranded InstaView Lite will remain in sync with the MLS every hour.
