SOLUTIONS TO MAINTAINING REALCOMP ACCESS:
NOCBOR will continue as a Realcomp Shareholder Association in 2024 and beyond.
Primary Membership: (National, State & Local Dues are paid on your behalf by your primary board)
Agents who are in good standing with their current board and want to transfer their PRIMARY membership to NOCBOR, will be charged for the 2024 Dues Renewal upon application. PLEASE NOTE: APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED WITHOUT PAYMENT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED OR KEPT ON FILE.
The total amount due for the 2024 Dues Renewal is $540.00. That includes National Dues (National Association of Realtors®- $201), State Dues (Michigan Realtors®- $229) & Local Dues (NOCBOR- $110). Payment must be submitted with your application. Please note: In addition to the due’s renewal, a 2% processing fee is applied to all debit/credit card transactions ($10.60). To avoid the 2% processing fee, you may mail in or drop off a check at our office along with this application. Payment is due in full upon application and you will be all set at the board level for the 2024 calendar year. NOCBOR does not offer monthly payments. We invoice annually on a calendar year. Please allow up to 3 business days for your application to be processed.

PLEASE NOTE: THOSE WHO SUBMIT THIS APPLICATION WITH THE REQUIRED PAYMENT WILL BE CHARGED $550.80 FOR THE 2024 DUES RENEWAL.
PLEASE INDICATE IN WRITING WHEN YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION IF THE 2024 DUES RENEWAL WAS ALREADY PAID TO YOUR CURRENT BOARD/ASSOCIATION.
Agents are NOT required to change their Primary Board, however if you wish to maintain access to Realcomp
after December 31, 2023, you must ADD a Secondary or MLS Only membership with another Realcomp shareholder board.
Secondary Membership: The annual fee for secondary membership is $95. Payment is due upon application. Secondary Membership allows members access to the MLS & NOCBOR Member benefits. You may pay by debit/credit card when completing the application for membership or you can mail a check with your membership application. Secondary Membership provides continued access to Realcomp. Secondary Members also have access to NOCBOR member benefits. Please allow up to 3 business days for your application to be processed.
